PR Connections 5 – Mark Palmer Learns His Lesson

I found this article at Bizjournals about Enron and I thought it was very interesting.  It looks at the situation the Mark Palmer faced and found somethings that he could learn from the events that took place.  I believe it practices good public relations because it does not bash him but it shows how to improve.

Lesson No. 2: “The first thought should be of internal communications, and be as personal as possible.”
Lesson No. 3: “Listen to the lawyers when you get in a crisis.””
